Welcome to We Can Academy of Music and Arts (WCA)—the produce of a seasoned industry professional with over two decades of experience. Fueled by a desire to flip the industry on its head and change the narrative for independent artists and creators, our founder decided to take a different path. After witnessing the struggles that so many creatives face, our founder began a journey driven by a commitment to equal opportunity and a determination to create a better world for the talent that lies within it.

Technical Competence/Expertise

All of the WCA’s designs, props, and other intellectual properties are derived from the skills, talents, insights, and expertise of its people working in a strong team environment. We require our people to achieve and maintain essential skill levels and stay on top of new technologies and improved methods to provide the most efficient and effective space for filming, photography, and rehearsals.

Meet the Founder

Alvin L. Gardner has 20 years of experience with in-depth knowledge of the industry and the company’s services; therefore, he is in the best position to build a structure that will make a resounding impact across WCA’s areas of interest. Over time, he has managed, promoted, and executive produced for 7 artists, completed 4 full projects together, booked A and B-level artists and venues along with being in charge of promoting events throughout his career. Alvin L. Gardner is committed to the provision of creative space, excellent services, good operations resources, a customer management system, monthly evaluation of the company’s processes and results, records, and analysis among other systematic actions to guarantee the success of WCA and make the organization impactful.
