What We Do

OUR CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY IN ACTION

WCA wants to significantly contribute to the success of creative talents in our community and the growth of our host community at large. We will provide jobs, organize events, and support local businesses. We will also sponsor community development projects and encourage our staff to volunteer for community outreaches of their interests. We believe in giving back to our host community as this will contribute to our development and growth.

Problems

  • Many talented youths in Shreveport lack the support they need to develop their creative ideas, leaving them feeling isolated and unable to grow.
  • Creatives often struggle with the business side of their art due to a lack of entrepreneurial knowledge and guidance.
  • Artists and creators local to Shreveport face limited opportunities to produce and collaborate on their work in a cost-effective, professional environment.
